Alright, Alright, I know I should be writing my excruciatingly painful SPAN essay - but I am soooo not motivated to start. So I decided to bake some cookies (that's right CYNTHIA I am a HUGE hyprocrite!). Oatmeal cookies to be exact. I found all the proper ingredients chez P's, thus I am procrastinating some more. MMMMMMM - only 6 minutes left 'til cookie time.Anyways I have some more stuff I thought I would chat about. Kate Winslet - I am a big fan - she is always so cool - and I really like her hair. Thinking of that I am reminded of her movie Sense and Sensability, which I thought was very cool - and on that train of thought I think it is time to another girls old school movie night (aka stories from the 17th 18th etc centuries) So Denise are you free say around the end of the month -say the 21st?
Furthermore - I just tasted one of my super delicious cookies (won 3rd prize at the orange county fair!) and they are delish. So anyone who might see me tomorrow - look out I might have some tasty tasty cookies for you.....

'girl movie night'? i'm totally there!! however, can we make it either on April 14th or 28th instead? those are better Fridays for me but if it has to be Apr 21st i can probably still make it those nights would be better for me!!! Sense & Sensibility sounds good to me but I recently picked up a copy of the Bollywood "Bride & Prejudice"........hmmmmmm
so you are procrastinating by baking? i usually just watch TV...i can't say i've ever 'baked' to procrastinate....good one!!!

hey...i will mark it on my calendar!!! i will also research more girl movies in the meantime.... will let you know what i dig up. or if you really want to watch Sense & Sensibility....we could always just rent that one too.

oohhhhh!!! Linda!!!! i just did some 'research' and i found 2 of those incredibly delicious 'period movies' on Chapters website. AND!!!! i have one of those even more delicious gift gards that i get every year and usually.... i never know what to buy with them. so your little brainstorm set me out on a mission and i found 2 recent releases i did not know about!!!!! i think i will pick up 'Middlemarch' (George Eliot) and 'North and South' (Elizabeth Gaskell...remember Wives & Daughters? she wrote this one too!!!) I think we can be very thankful that the BBC keeps making our girl movies!!

hot damn! - fire up the DVD player.... That sounds super great. I think the 28th shall work quite nicely - ( I can't come the 14th I have loads of papers to write.....see previous post on list of things to do)
